3. Use of Google API Data (Critical Compliance)

Stargrip.in’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Purpose: We only use Google data to provide automation (Auto-reply), Reputation Management, and SEO insights.

  • Storage: We do not store your Google password. Access is managed through secure "Tokens."

  • Sharing: We DO NOT share your Google Business data with any third-party AI models for training purposes.

4. AI Data Processing

Our platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (LLM) to generate review responses and SEO content. Your business data is sent to secure AI processors, and we strive to ensure sensitive personal information is anonymized.

5. AI Smart Review Redirection Policy

Our "Smart Redirection" system collects feedback from your end-customers via QR scans. This data (rating and text) is visible only to you in your dashboard and is not shared publicly unless the customer chooses to post it on Google.

6. Data Retention and Security

  • Security: We implement SSL encryption and multi-layer firewall protection.

  • Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, you may request a data wipe by contacting support.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Right Business Avenues LLP strictly follows a No-Sell Policy. We do not sell your data. We only disclose information if required by Law (under Indian Jurisdiction) or to protect our legal rights.
