Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Stargrip.in (A Unit of Right Business Avenues LLP), we strive to provide the best AI-powered reputation management tools for your business. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully before subscribing.

1. Digital Nature of Service

Since Stargrip.in is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, our services are delivered digitally immediately upon purchase or subscription. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate allocation of AI tokens and server resources, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds on Subscriptions

  • Monthly/Yearly Plans: Once a subscription (Lite, Pro, or Empire) is purchased and the payment is successful, no full or partial refunds will be issued.

  • Unused Resources: Any unused AI tokens, image credits, or features at the end of the billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund or credit and will not carry forward.

  • Physical Assets: For plans including physical assets like QR Standees or NFC cards, refunds are not applicable once the order is processed, customized, or shipped.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard.

  • Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • No further charges will be applied after the effective cancellation of the subscription.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch (the duplicate amount will be refunded upon verification).

  • Service Non-Delivery: If, due to a technical error from our side, your account is not activated within 48 hours of successful payment.
