Welcome to Stargrip.in. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stargrip.in website and the SaaS platform operated by Right Business Avenues LLP, located at 405, Manubhai B Tower, Sayajigunj, Vadodara, Gujarat, Bharat.

By accessing our dashboard or purchasing our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Stargrip.in provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for Google Business Profile (GBP) management, AI-powered automation, and reputation management tools.

2. Account Registration and Use

  • Eligibility: You must provide accurate business and personal information during registration.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. One account/branch is restricted as per the plan purchased (Lite, Pro, or Empire).

3. Subscription, Pricing, and Payments

  • Plan Structure: We offer Lite (₹5,999/year), Pro (₹11,999/year), and Empire (₹24,999/year) plans.

  • Payment Terms: All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned at the time of checkout.

  • Taxes: Any applicable taxes (GST) are the responsibility of the user as per Indian Law.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Since Stargrip.in provides digital SaaS services and immediate access to AI tools, we follow a Strict No-Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, previously paid amounts will not be refunded or prorated.

5. Google API and Content Responsibility

  • Compliance: Our tool interacts with Google Business Profiles via official APIs. You must comply with Google's own Terms of Service.

  • Content Accuracy: While our AI generates SEO content and replies, the final responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the published content lies with the user.

  • Account Suspension: We are not liable if Google suspends your business profile due to your violation of Google’s policies.

6. AI Smart Review Redirection

  • Our "Review Redirection" tool is designed to collect customer feedback. It is not intended to "fake" or "manipulate" reviews but to streamline customer communication.

  • Users are prohibited from using this tool to engage in fraudulent review practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Business Avenues LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation arising from your use of the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content on Stargrip.in are the intellectual property of Right Business Avenues LLP. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of our dashboard is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (including unauthorized multi-business management on a single-branch plan).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bharat. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
